She achieved her 3000 hr Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy diploma at Makami College.With over 5 years experience, focusing on deep tissue, pain treatment includingcervical issues, trigger point therapy, pre/post natal & cupping. She is also amazing at relaxation & hot stone massages. Karen is inspired by helping others improve their well being with self care management, postural improvement & proper exercise techniques.

As a previous spa owner and over 10 years in the spa industry, Kirsten is here to help you feel your best. She has over 20 years experience as a dietitian so naturally she thought massage therapy would be a great addition to her already amazing accomplishments. Completing her 3000 hour program at Makami College, she has been able to develop her skills. She has recently completed her training to become a RAPID Specialist - using the neurological system and PAIN sensors to get clients out of pain quicker than traditional massage. Kirsten also provides sugaring hair removal services.

After learning the benefits of self care first hand, Kayla decided to start her journey in massage therapy knowing the benefits that come through the power of touch. She completed her 3000 hour program at Makami College in 2020. Since then she has expanded into Reflexology and Reiki, make sure to ask for her special peppermint foot massage… you won’t regret it!!

Samuel Kush
Working alongside nurses and doctors as a support staff at the hospital in Edmonton downtown, has availed Sam the opportunity to see first hand the pain patients go through and this has triggered a new level of love and care for people's health and well-being as they go through their trauma which leaves them with pain. Sam, therefore decided to pursue a career in massage therapy and manual Osteopathy at the Makami College of Canada and Manual osteopathy College of Canada finishing his 3000 hrs and 1100 hrs of full study, thereby becoming an RMT and MOT. Since graduating Sam has been involved in a series of workshops with the Barral Institute and Upledger Institute to help him better understand more of the human anatomy and improve on his skills in listening to the body (the inner wisdom) and fulfilling what the body wants when the clients walk into the room. Sam, is also trained in the usage of the Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (IASTM) tools to further support his massage techniques in helping to alleviate the pain, tension and restricted mobility within the body structure. His continued understanding of the skills of craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, osteo articulation, the fascia system etc has availed him the opportunity to act as a facilitator bringing your body to homeostasis.
